Now we need a Stadium. Time to step up South Florida!

BfvCKNnIgAA8hMu.jpg largeNOW that David Beckham and his partners have announced their intention to bring MLS to Miami, it’s our turn as fans to do our part. Help us push for a stadium at the Port of Miami or anywhere Downtown. We want the most spectacular stadium in the United States & the world!
Here is the list of the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners. We need everyone to write to your Commissioner (Hell, write to all of them!)  and let them know you support and want to see MLS at the Port of Miami. Even if you don’t live in Miami-Dade you should write to them. This is not only a team for Miami, this is a team for ALL South Florida. From the Keys to West Palm Beach. From Naples to South Beach.  Let our voices be heard!

couldn’t be more excited about having a team come to miami! i suggest that we have the stadium as close to the metro rail as possible. there is one stop that would be perfect. the stop is HISTORIC OVERTOWN. The reason for that is because there is already a big plot of land open there called grand central park. besides it would create a culture of commuting to the game and a great atmosphere on the metro rail before a game!!!! people from any part of the city can come watch the game and not have to drive into busy downtown where there is no parking and the stadium would have a great coty feel
